Hi, I'm Larson.
I started LJB Property Services because I kept seeing the same thing around Beavercreek and Xenia: homeowners with properties they loved but couldn't keep up with, and contractors who wouldn't call back, wouldn't show up, or quoted one number and charged another.
Four years and a hundred-plus projects later, the model hasn't changed: I answer the phone, I walk your property with you, I put the estimate in writing the same day, and I'm the one on the machine doing the work. Land clearing and forestry mulching are the heart of the business, with excavation, grading, and landscaping to finish the job — one call covers the whole property.
